a) with Indian Photographer Amit Mahdeshiya and b) inside his tamboo installation !!

Amit has been documenting travelling cinemas for quite sometime now, a dying tradition which now is only practiced in certain areas of India . Along with researcher Shirley Abraham not only did he documented the tradition using photography as a medium but also ended up doing  research based documentation, projections and making videos . Both are still working on their long term project and are now taking it to the next level. We will certainly hear more of them and more of this wonderful project.

About happy camera club

Happy camera club is an initiative brought upon by a thought to teach the less privileged basic aspects of a skill like photography which further can be used by them in their day to day life. To leave them with an additional skill set to choose from. A win-win situation ,we aim to work with organizations and people who support this cause.
